Wrinkle Relaxers/Neurotoxins for Forehead, Frown Lines, Crow’s Feet and More
Brands: Dysport®, Botox®, Xeomin®, Jeuveau®

Botox is a brand name for one brand of botulinum toxin which works to relax wrinkles in the face by relaxing hyperactive muscles underneath. We use the word Botox in a similar fashion as we use the word “Kleenex”…it can represent a whole category of products! There are more brands of botulinum toxin available and these include Xeomin, Jeuveau, and Dysport. This treatment is commonly done to reduce lines between the brows, on the forehead, and the “crow’s feet” area to give a more youthful look. Our goal is to give a happier refreshed look without looking frozen or “done.”
After treatment with Botox, Xeomin, Jeuveau, or Dysport there is generally no downtime. Occasional mild bruising may occur after the procedure. Patients are asked to avoid strenuous exercise, lying down, or applying makeup for four hours following treatment. It is also recommended to avoid massaging or compression of the treated site for twenty-four hours. It may take up to 2 weeks before the full effect of the Botulinum toxin treatment is present. We usually schedule a follow up in 2 weeks to address any areas that need further treatment.
Dermal / Facial fillers for Lips, Cheeks, Nasolabial Folds, and More
Brands: Restylane®, Juvederm®, Revanesse®
Cosmetic fillers are a non-surgical minimally invasive treatment for patients looking for a fresher more youthful or balanced look. Fillers can be used to treat deeper wrinkles or folds in the face and replace the volume loss in the cheeks or chin that can occur with age. Fillers can also be used to enhance the appearance of the lips for a fuller pout.
There are many soft tissue fillers available in the USA. These include Restylane, Revanesse, Juvederm, Belotero. During your consultation we will discuss your medical history, previous treatment history and your desired appearance goals. Then we can develop a plan using the product best suited for the areas you want treated.
Swelling and bruising may occur with any procedure for 2-14 days, with typical being 3 days. Make sure to plan your treatment with ample healing time before any events!
